Incrível como alguns times conseguem complicar um jogo "teoricamente" fácil. Saca aquela do beque fazer 2 gols contra e 3 pênaltis? Então... é mais ou menos isto que está acontecendo agora no mundo do Software Livre. E, como no post anterior, parece briga de criança mimada. E envolve os mesmos pentelhos!

A IBM doou, há pouco tempo, 500 patentes para o pessoal do Software Livre. Agora a Sun anunciou a doação de 1600 patentes, especificamente do tal OpenSolaris. Só que a Sun tratou de inventar outro tipo de licença, uma tal CDDL. Acho que já temos mais de 100 tipos de licenças "software livre" (GPL, MIT, CDDL, Mozilla etc). Pra que? Cada nova licença é criada para garantir algum tipo de proteção ... Onde fica o "Free" (de "Freedom")? Pr'onde vai o "Open"?
