Six characters from different backgrounds will help illustrate the uses of Free Software in different settings. It is worth reading about all their examples to get ideas for your own situation. Finally, my lawyer wants you to know that although their computing needs and the Free Software solutions that they find are real, these characters and their stories are products of my imagination.
